Thanks for ordering one of our limited-edition hearts! Here’s how to get the best display (and the best photos) from your crystal-clear heart with a silk rose frozen inside.

Before “Show-Time”
  • Keep your sculpture in the cooler until you’re ready to display it.
  • If possible, place the cooler (with the ice inside) in a freezer to extend display time.
  • Open the cooler only when necessary.
How to Display
  • Flip the cooler lid upside down — it becomes your display tray.
  • Place the heart directly in the lid on a flat, level surface.
  • Poke a small hole through the sticker to expose the drain hole.
  • Touching and repositioning the ice is fine.
Pro tip: Choose a cool, shaded spot for the longest display.
During Display
  • Meltwater drains back into the cooler.
  • Monitor and empty water if needed.
  • Expected display time is 8–12 hours.
What to Avoid
  • Direct sunlight
  • Heat vents or appliances
  • Fans, vents, or strong airflow
  • Salt, alcohol, or hot water
After It Melts
  • Keep the silk rose as a keepsake.
  • Meltwater is safe to pour down the drain.
